Objectives:

1) Discuss the prevalence of kidney disease in HIV positive individuals. 

2) Discuss the clinical outcomes of kidney transplantation in HIV positive individuals.

3) Address the value of utilizing HIV-positive deceased and living donors for HIV-positive kidney transplant candidates.
