This virtual Community of Practice and Learning (CoPL) will bring together care providers from 5 awarded Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program agencies to share successes, challenges, and best practices and receive support from colleagues. A specific focus will be on strategies to support caregivers on the front lines to best provide services to older (50+) adults with or at risk for HIV and for themselves (care for the caregiver) during the public health emergency. The sessions will be facilitated by Amber Cahill, PsyD, and Sarah Pearson, PsyD, and concepts such as fear, stigma, social isolation and loneliness, stress, and trauma will be explored.
The session will be recorded.
