Brief Overview/Description:  

In this talk I will present concerns about stigma and bias in patients with obesity as it occurs in the community and in healthcare.  We will examine our own biases and how to avoid stigmatizing patients.  We will then discuss patient centered evidence based treatment of obesity and how the Weight & Wellness center provides this care.
